The Health, Safety & Risk Management Associate SkillBridge position provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience supporting workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management in a guest-facing entertainment environment. Participants with a medical background can assist in developing, documenting, and reinforcing safety protocols while gaining transferable civilian experience applicable to safety, compliance, and risk management roles.

## Job description

The Health, Safety & Risk Management Associate works alongside leadership and staff to support daily safety operations, incident reporting procedures, emergency response planning, and staff safety training. This role includes both on-site and remote work focused on creating and maintaining safety compliance programs while promoting a strong culture of safety across the organization.
