## Summary

The objective of our program is to ensure the participants are trained and equipped with the required skills to perform as a Sales Development Representative. It equips them with a deeper understanding of basic IT network devices, Cyber, Cyber Security, Customer Relationship Management tools, and the Business Development Process.

The Sales Development Representative supports a sales team (Cyber & Cyber Security) and is responsible for generating new business via inbound and outbound phone opportunity qualification.
