## Summary

This 120-day executive leadership training program is designed as a structured learning experience to prepare the participant to operate at the strategic level of a Safety Director overseeing multi-site, multi-discipline operations, including healthcare, engineering, logistics, maintenance, and remote facilities.The program emphasizes progressive learning in executive governance, regulatory compliance, supervision of Site Safety & Health Officers (SSHOs), enterprise risk reduction, safety performance management, and strategic oversight of safety systems across geographically dispersed operations. Through guided mentorship, hands-on participation, and exposure to executive-level roles, the participant will develop the competencies required to lead complex safety programs in federal and multi-industry environments.

## Job description

Throughout the training period, the participant will learn how to develop and refine safety policies, supervise safety professionals under executive guidance, analyze enterprise performance metrics such as EMR and DART, and apply regulatory requirements, including USACE EM 385-1-1 standards. The experience is structured to build strategic leadership capability, enhance decision-making skills, and develop proficiency in maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all assigned facilities.
