About the Role The Construction Manager at Re:Build Optimation leads the safe and successful execution of complex industrial construction, facility modernization, and equipment-installation projects. The role works closely with engineering, fabrication, skilled trades, subcontractors, customers, and operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations. Responsibilities include field coordination, project planning and scheduling, cost and risk management, interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating mechanical and electrical installations, and resolving execution issues in the field. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can bring teams together, drive accountability, and successfully execute technically complex projects in advanced manufacturing and industrial environments.
