## Job description

The Chiropractic Office Assistant supports the daily administrative operations of a chiropractic practice by managing patient appointments, answering telephone calls, maintaining records, collecting insurance information, verifying benefits, preparing insurance claims for review, and assisting with billing follow-up. The position also provides secondary support for approved Chiropractic Assistant duties, including preparing treatment areas, cleaning equipment, and assisting with authorized passive therapy workflows under appropriate clinical supervision. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to protecting patient privacy and maintaining a safe environment. The 16-week training program progresses from foundational office procedures to supervised workflow management and a final performance evaluation.
