## Summary

The Talent Systems Specialist establishes and administers the systems, data, and integrations that serve as Market/Dean’s (MKD) single source of truth for people operations. Working within an 8(a) EDWOSB defense-focused marketing agency, the Specialist builds out our core Human Resources Information System (HRIS), migrates and reconciles legacy candidate and employee data from our CRM, coordinates with the Operations Specialist on connecting the HRIS to our contract management system for contractor personnel data requirements, and develops the phased roadmap for activating additional HRIS modules (benefits administration, identity and access management, IT device policy, onboarding, performance management, recruiting).
