## Job description

The Business Operations Coordinator supports Market/Dean’s (MKD) Operations Specialist across the business operations, contracts, and compliance functions. Working within an 8(a) EDWOSB defense-focused marketing agency, the Coordinator helps administer commercial and government contracts, supports data entry and standard reporting in our contract management system under the Operations Specialist’s ownership, maintains vendor and subcontractor documentation (COIs, W-9s, expirations), tracks corporate compliance obligations (DCAA, CMMC Level 2, 8(a) EDWOSB reporting, state registrations), and stewards MKD’s operational SOP library.
