## Summary

A project engineer intern assists in the creation of design drawings and calculations for a variety of projects including site plans and public and private infrastructure improvements under the direction of senior professionals.

## Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING  Assists in the development of probable construction cost estimates. Assist in the preparation of design computations. Prepare specifications. Prepare advertising documents. Perform design work in Civil3D and prepare plans. Prepare construction record drawings. Assist in erosion control inspections and reporting. Attend project progress meetings as requested. Visit project sites as requested. Create survey work orders. Check staking reports for accuracy. Attendance is required. All other duties as assigned.
