## Job description

The Laboratory Technician will conduct material testing, prepare custom elastomeric compounds, and document performance metrics for over 8,000 custom polymer formulations. The role ensures compliance with stringent requirements like Mil-Spec and NSF standards in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment. Service members will gain highly technical, competence-based employment skills.
