## Summary

J&P Hospitality Management is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to the General Counsel within a fast-paced, multi-state third-party hotel management environment. This position is ideal for a transitioning service member with military paralegal (27D, LN, PN, or equivalent) or legal office experience seeking to leverage their skills in a corporate in-house legal setting.

## Job description

This SkillBridge opportunity provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience supporting an in-house corporate legal department in the hospitality industry. Participants will work directly with the General Counsel and gain exposure to contract administration, litigation support, employment law, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate legal operations.Key learning areas include:Contract and legal document managementLitigation and case file administrationEmployment law and HR compliance supportRegulatory agency response coordination (EEOC, DOL, etc.)Legal research and document preparationRisk management and insurance claim documentationCorporate legal department operationsMulti-state business compliance and policy administrationParticipants will develop practical experience in legal procedures, contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking, records management, and legal technology systems while supporting a fast-paced, multi-state hospitality organization.
