The Regulatory & Compliance Lead will manage Valkyrie’s FAA waivers, SOP library, and hazmat compliance to build a fully audit-ready operational framework as we scale flight operations.

## Job description

Key responsibilities include:• Managing FAA waivers, authorizations, and regulatory filings.• Tracking compliance with 14 CFR (aviation) and 49 CFR (hazardous materials/transportation) regulations.• Owning the company SOP library, version tracking, document control, and review cycles.• Maintaining complete, audit-ready compliance and aircrew/operational records.• Monitoring federal regulatory shifts and updating internal operational procedures accordingly.
