## Summary

The Welder SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with hands-on training and exposure to welding operations within a manufacturing environment. Participants will develop the technical skills required to perform metal joining processes, interpret work instructions and drawings, and support production requirements while adhering to established quality and safety standards. This program is designed to build foundational welding capability across manual and automatic processes, inspection preparation, and production workflows, with opportunities across multiple U.S. locations based on business needs.

## Job description

The welder performs assigned metal joining operations in a manufacturing environment in accordance with established work instructions, engineering drawings, and applicable welding procedures. This role supports production requirements by preparing materials, executing welds across multiple processes and positions, and ensuring work meets quality and inspection standards.
