## Summary

CST Utilities offers a SkillBridge opportunity for transitioning service members to gain hands-on leadership experience in utility construction operations.Participants will work alongside experienced field leaders to develop skills in crew supervision, job planning, safety management, and project execution. This program is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles within CST Utilities’ growing construction operations.

• Assist with daily field operations and crew coordination • Support job planning, scheduling, and execution of utility construction projects • Reinforce safety standards and participate in safety leadership activities • Monitor productivity, quality, and job progress • Work alongside experienced supervisors to develop leadership and operational skills This program provides real-world leadership development in a fast-paced construction environment with a direct pathway to full-time employment.
