Our SkillBridge internship program aims to immerse the candidate in an exciting and challenging environment pairing the candidate with subject matter experts within our key delivery areas. Your unit Commander must authorize participation prior to the start of the internship.

## Job description

The goal of our SkillBridge program is to help candidates obtain the necessary skills needed for employment in the Blockchain, Software Development, and Program Management fields. CSEngineering will assist candidates with translating their military experience into civilian experience to be reflected on their resume. Candidates have the potential for employment with CSEngineering upon successful completion of our SKillBridge program. CSEngineering offers a benefit program for those transitioning from Active Duty into the National Guard or Reserve components, offering full compensation for up to 80 hours of military duty annually.
