## Summary

Job Description The Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, compliant, and competitive cost estimates that support CBG's proposal development and contract execution across its federal, state, local government, and commercial client portfolio. Operating from CBG's Beltsville, MD headquarters, the Estimator works closely with Business Development, Project Management, and Field Operations to translate solicitation requirements, drawings, and specifications into detailed, defensible pricing. This role requires versatility across facility construction, renovation, repair, and mechanical systems pricing.
