## Summary

The SkillBridge program is a unique initiative to equip our future Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leaders within the company with the experiences and skills to make them successful within Ardagh Glass Packaging. It is designed to provide solid glass experience for hands-on individuals who are seeking a career in manufacturing. The objective of the internship program is to translate military knowledge into broad manufacturing experience and provide a sound understanding of the glass composition and production process including technical, quality, and safety skills.

## Job description

The program will consist of project assignments that will lay a strong foundation for future careers in manufacturing, helping members become an expert in the glass manufacturing operations.• Become assimilated into the Ardagh Glass Packaging organization by participating in a comprehensive orientation program• Be assigned to a mentor within Ardagh Glass Packaging• Be exposed to and work on special projects to help the plants meet goals and leverage learning from work experiences
