## Summary

To support the AFIT mission by providing responsive, accurate, and clear administrative support for all military personnel programs and related support operations. Provides senior analysis expertise for the Military personnel division including the Customer Support section and the AFIT Unit Training Manager.

## Job description

1. Establish standardized onboarding and qualification training.2. Develop knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform civilian HR duties.3. Provide documented progression from foundational to advanced HR proficiency.4. Identify required policy, regulatory, system, and process knowledge.5. Incorporate structured on-the-job training (OJT), formal training, self-development, mentoring, and practical application.6. Establish measurable qualification standards.7. Prepare employees for increased responsibility, program management, advisory, and leadership roles.
